In the absence of a structure that already has an agreement with this University, at which the student may carry out the placement, it is possible to propose to the University the stipulation of a new agreement indicating the host company or association or body and the names of the students who will carry out the placement.
This will be carried out by the Degree Course Coordinator, in consultation with the Department's Internship Commission.
The request for an agreement may be proposed by the student, subject to the authorisation of the Coordinator, or proposed by the company interested in hosting the student(s), using the attached forms.
It is recommended that the application for the activation of a new agreement be initiated well in advance, in view of the fact that this requires time also in consideration of the fact that the agreement outline not only needs to be exmined but also it may have to be amended in order to take account of the specific needs of the host institution.
