The 'Salvatore Pugliatti' Department of Law was established by Rector's Decree no. 1477 of 6 July 2015. Its attributions, management and operating procedures, teaching and scientific research activities, and the organisation of study courses are defined by the Regulations issued by Rectoral Decree no. 1017 of 03 May 2016, which identify and regulate the statutory bodies (Council, Director, Board, Study Course Councils, Department Secretary), and establish the Joint Committee and the Guidance and Tutoring Committee.
