As part of the University Quality Assurance (QA) system (University Quality Presidium), and in line with the national system of evaluation, quality assurance and accreditation of universities, an internal evaluation process of teaching, research and third mission activities is planned on a regular basis.
All the necessary procedures are put in place for the planning of activities and their periodic monitoring, and the subsequent evaluation of the qualitative results of training activities and related services, through questionnaires aimed at obtaining the opinion of students, and through further self-assessment activities, so as to detect the student's overall degree of satisfaction at the end of the course followed with particular regard to the activity of the lecturers, the preparation received, the use of facilities and laboratories and the effectiveness of the organisation and services.
The documentation collected is periodically analysed by the relevant Course Councils and Departmental Councils and reports forwarded to the Academic Senate and the Evaluation Board, containing any proposals for corrective measures, also in the light of any shortcomings and shortcomings found.
QA contact person for teaching, research and the third mission is prof. Angelo Federico.
For each course of study (CdS) offered in the Department of Law, a Quality Assurance Group (QA Group) has been set up, which also performs monitoring functions, discussions between lecturers and students, and investigations on issues relating to the effectiveness and functionality of teaching activities, study plans, tutoring and services provided to students. The tasks of this Group include the preparation of the Cyclical Review Report, as well as the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA), which are submitted to the Degree Council for approval.
